Proper sleep is absolutely necessary for the normal function of the body. Sleep disturbances can have significant and serious consequences. Proper Sleep is tied to an immune system response known as fever response. Our body is set to combat illness and infections through this response but if it doesn’t have the proper sleep, the fever response is not properly initiated when needed. Sleeping properly is very important for our health. It is a common saying that quality of life depends on quality of sleep. Proper sleep is necessary for your body to repair itself and regenerate. It is also critical for the proper functioning of organs such as the liver, which performs most of its detoxification at night while you are sleeping. Proper sleep is, as we know, very essential for babies. Some babies are not able to complete their cycle of sleep due to various reasons.
